Girlfriend Of Causeway Cannibal Says He Was No Monster

(Miami, FL) — The girlfriend of Florida’s alleged “Causeway Cannibal” claims he was not a monster.

Yovanka Bryant describes Rudy Eugene as a loving family man and says she believes someone must have slipped him a drug.

Appearing with celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, Bryant said she always felt safe around Eugene.

Police shot and killed him after he allegedly chewed the face off a homeless man alongside Miami’s MacArthur Causeway.

Allred said she doesn’t plan to file any charges in the case. Here’s her interview:
