Tribbets and the boy were allegedly caught inside a car this week in Washington Park.

An officer came toward the vehicle as the two were putting their clothes on and the boy allegedly admitted to having sex with the woman.

Police say that Tribbets is the wife of a Pastor.

Neighbors of the woman are shocked at the allegations and say that they are now concerned about the fact that their own children used to play at the woman’s home. Another foster child who was staying at the home has also been removed.

Tribbets, who is 47-years old, has been charged with five counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and five counts criminal sexual assault. She is being held at the Sangamon County Jail.
