Romney Claims Obama Doesn’t Understand Economy
Expected Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney says President Obama does not understand the fundamentals of the American economy.
Romney was in Texas yesterday, accusing Obama of presiding over a government-first philosophy of economic governance.
The Republican argued that a heavy influence of government in the private sector kills jobs and told an audience his business background makes him better suited to oversee the national economy.
In other news Obama is making the rounds in Calfornia.
The president is expected to sit down for a fundraising breakfast at the home of developer Charles Quarles this morning. He was in San Francisco and Los Angeles for campaign stops yesterday.
During a morning visit to the City by the Bay, Obama attended two sold-out events.
The President arrived in L.A. in the afternoon for an address to the LGBT Leadership Council Gala at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
A fundraiser at the home of “Glee” co-creator Ryan Murphy was also on the evening schedule.
