Facebook with WhatsApp and Instagram went Down all across the World

It was a bad day for the users of popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp, all belonging to the Social Networking company as they were partially down all across the world.  The moment the users realised that they are not able to access their social media accounts, they were quick to report about the same on Twitter, another popular social media site, which was up and running. Apart from expressing their grief and struggle to access Facebook and other social media platforms, they vented out their frustration with sharing memes and hilarious tweets. It was perhaps an opportunity for the microblogging site like Twitter to score a point on others like Facebook, which has remained a competitor of the same.

People seemed affected for the reason that they found it disturbing to work while they were trying their social media campaigns or were trying to communicate with instant messaging services like whatsapp messengers. This issue remained for an hour and then the services were resumed. As per reports, the outage tracker Downdetector. The problem came when the users were not able to access the said social media platforms from 10.30 pm onwards on Friday and it went on to persist late night at the IST time zone on March 19. This was evident in the wee hours in the west that affected the users in some way or the other. However, after an hour, the sites started working again. Just with an hour down, there were around 40k reports on the tracker for the messaging app called WhatsApp.

A similar sort of trend was noticed on Facebook Messenger as well apart from Instagram as well. Both the apps and the website were down and not working, the report. All the tools that were linked to the social media sites were down and were not working as the social networking site was down. The fact is Fb has been the owner of the other two, hence it was natural to see them getting affected as well.  Since then many came out to yell on this issue on Twitter and other messaging apps like Telegram to share their concerns and when it reached the social media giant, they did not have any answer for their users.

Interestingly this has been the problem this week and it happened for the second time when the social networking sites stopped working for an hour and Facebook officials are yet to come out with any explanation on this issue. We know Facebook has more than 2.2 billion users all across the world and so has Instagram and Whatsapp where a whopping number of people seem to be missing out. The users were seen cracking jokes, making fun on social media and twitter and other platforms, but they never got any assurance or clarification statement from their peer company. This was also one of the reasons why there no statement came from the company and the users were allowed to struggle with their problems.
