As per reports, the parent company of tech giant called Alphabet, Mr. Sundar Pichai who announced about the same wherein he proposed a hybrid model that would take care of the same. It will be a combination of both remote and the in-office methods of working.

While talking about the same, the company head said that the company purely believes things in-person that are being together that are seen having a sense of community in the vital when we think of sorting out any tough problem for creating something interesting and when people fail to see things changing. He said that they will be keeping too much flexibility in the proposed hybrid models. He said that he would like to approach in order to accommodate the desire of the tech giant. While talking about the same in the company’s blog published this Thursday, Sundar said that he feels the efforts will help in recovering from the economical losses. He said, the company will remain the part and parcel of this recovery. He said that the company feels that by contributing in this way, they will help in company’s recovery.

In a company blog as published by the company, he wrote, that in the tough times of economy, one should be focussed in recovering it hence the company has decided to embark upon with this plan where they will be pumping up 7 million USD to create that much amount of jobs in their offices in the US. With this investment, the company intends to put their money in different communities along with adding new to Google and then expand in every state of the US targeting the 19 states at the moment. This decision came what was expected earlier in order to carry out the remote work in the coming future. The company has a large investment plan that would put money in getting spaces as well to get people employed apart from floating remote work.

The blog post further stated that the company is now progressing ahead by hiring people for their companies like Black and Latinix Googlers based in the US for different tech roles. Now, Google is planning to open different locations in the entire nation. This will bring in a few data centers in places like South Carolina which is a new cloud engineering site based in the area called Durham, North Carolina and Op center in Mississippi.
